Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Alana Maria pouch and gift box to prevent any damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit code or exchange confirmation within 5 business days.
